“CAN’T FAIL” SERVICE PLANS TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT
REAL10x.COM Credit Repair service plans are designed to raise your credit scores from wherever they are NOW to a 680, 700, 750 or, HIGHER or to the desired outcome expressed by the client. Our credit repair service plans are designed to achieve completion within a minimum of SIX months, but not more than TWELVE months. The cost of this service is $500.00 ($750 for couples), REAL10x.COM charges monthly itemized billing for credit repair work, which may include but not limited to: credit report disputing preparation, ChexSystems report disputing preparation, dispute resolution preparation and credit consulting! Our billing procedures were designed that they do not violate Federal Trade Commission-Bureau of Consumer Protection, Credit Repair Organization Act, Prohibited Practices, Section 404(a)(4)(b).
This service includes our exclusive REAL10x REWARDS CARD BILL PAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM! For a member to take advantage of our credit repair service, you must agree to the following:
1. You must become and maintain an active membership with REAL10x REWARDS CARD BILL PAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.
2. The credit repair services plan utilizes 10 POWER CREDIT REPAIR TOOLS that are completely necessary to guarantee the success of your credit repair. These tools are NOT optional, they are required for us to properly restore the member/client credit. The cost for these tools (some of which are provided by third parties, i.e. credit monitoring) is included in your service plan which covers all expenses for the use of these tools for the entire length of your service regardless of the number of months for completion.
3. All credit repair members/clients must agree to keep these services ACTIVE for the entire length of your credit repair service or this agreement automatically becomes void and is immediately canceled. (see duties and responsibilities of the client for all service plans)

Length of service plan
REAL10x.COM credit repair service plans are designed to raise your score from 680 to 750 or to achieve the desired outcome expressed by the client. Depending on the level of work that must be done to raise your credit score our program will achieve completion within 6 to 12 months.
Income Earning Rights Option to OPT-OUT
To take advantage of our Credit Repair Services you MUST become a member of OUR BILL PAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.
However, Members who are solely interested in our Credit Repair Program have the option to decline to participate in our BILL PAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.
By accepting this option to OPT-OUT you understand that you will not qualify to earn funding for bill payment assistance as well as personal spending cash allowance now and in the future as long as you are a member of REAL10x.COM.
ALSO: Please be aware that if a member chose to OPT-OUT from participating in our BILL PAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM and Income earning Rights that all policies, terms, and conditions regarding the BILL PAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM do not apply to you. Only the terms, conditions, or any benefits in this document “Can’t Fail” Service Plans Terms Of Use Agreement are applicable and enforceable with regards to your membership.
Duties and Responsibilities of Client for ALL service plans
Client/Consultant monthly mandatory consultation
It is a mandatory requirement that all Credit Repair Members/Clients meet with our Credit Consultants once a month for a minimum of 15 minutes to not more than 1 hour so we can update them on the status of their credit repair. This procedure is necessary to ensure that the members are available and still maintains the same goals established at the initial start of service.
Scheduled Automatic Payments of credit repair and third-party services
To ensure the success of your credit repair services, the Client MUST agree to scheduled automatic payments for your service plans. ALL rights to any refund and/or guarantees are void if the client misses TWO or more payments!
REAL10x.COM MUST receive automatic payments from a DEBIT or CREDIT card OR from a CashApp or PayPal account. Absolutely under NO circumstances will REAL10x.COM ACCEPT ANY CASH PAYMENT!
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES of the Client/Member
1) READ and SIGN THIS “CAN’T FAIL” SERVICE PLANS TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT DOCUMENT
2) Notify REAL10x.COM of change of address, contact number, or email address.
3) Make all scheduled payments for credit repair and any THIRD-PARTY services included in your service plan to avoid slowing down the progress of your credit repair.
4) Notify REAL10x.COM of your decision to cancel this service in writing.
5) Communicate with REAL10x.COM each month so we can update you on the status of your credit repair.
6) All automatic payments MUST be received from a credit or debit card or the client my setup automatic billing via CashApp or PayPal. REAL10x.COM will REFUSE to accept any and call CASH payments!
7) Must supply REAL10x.COM all necessary documents upon requests such as credit repair dispute results from a credit bureau(s), notices from creditors that related to items being disputed, paid and/or settled, utility bills for address verification, photo-copy of driver’s license or state-issued identification card and photocopy of your social security card. These documents must be supplied ONLY if requested and will be maintained and stored in an area with the highest security for your protection.
8) If REAL10x.COM is unable to get in touch with any member via U.S. Mail, by phone, by text, or by email, it is our policy to automatically cancel the membership after 14 days.
Members may execute the right to re-instate his or her membership after contacting REAL10x.COM using the CLIENT COMMUNICATION TOOL. NOTE: UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND GIVEN OF ANY KIND TO MEMBERS WHO WE WERE UNABLE TO CONTACT FOR UP TO 14 BUSINESS AND/OR CALENDAR DAYS!
Children under the age of 18
REAL10x.COM, REAL10XCARD.COM does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of eighteen (18) without verifiable parental consent. If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of eighteen (18), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system's database. Anyone under the age of eighteen (18) must seek and obtain parent or guardian permission to use this website.
Limited Power of Attorney and other forms
During the start and possibly through the course of your membership, REAL10x.COM may require you to sign forms authorizing us to perform certain duties on your behalf. These forms give us the authority to work on your credit repair, pay bills and/or settle debts, etc. Such forms may include but are not limited to the power of attorney forms which must be signed and returned to us prior to us performing any work on your behalf.

Right to Refund Terms and Conditions

NOTE: The right to refund is VOID if the member/client fails to fulfill their obligations as outlined in this agreement or cancels their membership before REAL10x.COM has completed their credit repair work as outlined in the separate document: Credit Repair Objectives Form.
RIGHT OF RESCISSION ALSO GRANTS THE MEMBER THE OPTION OF A FULL REFUND! (See Right of Rescission heading for more details)

These tools are essential under this agreement for the client to maintain during the entire duration of this agreement to ensure the success of our credit repair services. To help facilitate this, we offer ALL members/ clients the opportunity to use our REAL10x.COM Bill Payment Assistance Program which will allow members to handle the cost of these services without putting additional strain on their budget.

Credit Repair Objectives Form and Our Obligation to the Client
We realize that needs of each member are different, which is why REAL10x.COM uses a Credit Repair Objectives Form. Every new member must agree to complete a Credit Repair Objectives Form with one of our Consultants. This form clearly outlines your credit restoration needs and becomes our objectives and obligation to you.
3 Day Right of Rescission / Right to Cancel Agreement
Federal Trade Commission-Bureau of Consumer Protection, Credit Repair Organization Act, Right To Cancel Contract, Section 407(a).
Any consumer may cancel any contract with any credit repair organization without penalty or
obligation by notifying the credit repair organization of the consumer's intention to do so at any time before midnight of the 3rd business day which begins after the date on which the contract
or agreement between the consumer and the credit repair organization is executed or would, but
for this subsection, become enforceable against the parties.
The Member/Credit Repair Client may execute his/her legal right to cancel this agreement using the NOTICE OF CANCELLATION FORM included with this agreement.
Special Circumstances to Terminate or Suspend Contract Services
REAL10x.COM reserves the right to cancel or modify this Agreement at any time if any portion of this agreement is breached by the Client.
REAL10x.COM is not obligated to provide refunds of any kind to any Client if they are in breach of this agreement (other than legal rights set forth by the right of rescission).
REAL10x.COM reserves the right at their sole discretion to amend, terminate, or release the client from any and/or all obligations under the terms of use of this agreement. However, the cancellation or release of this agreement does NOT entitle the client to any refund of any kind.
